I am always getting requests for bread that is yeast, gluten and sugar free. Well I have finally come up with one. I use the ORGRAN Easy Bake Gluten Free Bread mix, it is available at major supermarkets in the health food section.

Listed below are a few variations:

NO. 1

Add when mixing

  • ½  cup pepita seeds
  • ½  cup sunflower seeds

After greasing and lining the pan sprinkle over a few sesame seeds


NO. 2

Add when mixing

  • ¼  teaspoon Stevia (if you like a sweet bread)

During last minutes of mixing add

  • 1 cup sultanas or raisins


NO. 3

For a spicey loaf add during mixing

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon and
  • ¼  teaspoon Stevia (if you like a sweet bread)

During last minute of mixing add

  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • ½  cup chopped pecans


NO. 4

Add during last minute of mixing

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts, almonds or any other nuts of choice


NO. 5

Add during mixing for a savory loaf

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or herb of choice)
  • 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
