INGREDIENTS:
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- ½ cup low fat milk of choice
- 1 peach
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
DIRECTIONS:
- Place tea bag in a cup and pour over boiling water. Leave bag in cup, allow to cool then remove bag.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
