CHOCOLATE SAUCE

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 grams sugar free carob bar (Sweet William brand is milk free and will do)
  • ½ cup thickened cream

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place the cream in a saucepan, break carob bar into pieces and add to cream.
  2. Melt over a low heat until dissolved, about 5 minutes. Pour over ice cream.
