HOMMUS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 600 gram can chick peas drained and rinsed
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 100 ml oil of choice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Juice of 1 lemon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients except water into a food processor and process until combined.
  2. Add water and process until smooth.
  3. Place in a serving dish and serve with rice crackers or vegetable sticks.
