WHIPPED CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 grams silken tofu

  • 3 tablespoons pear concentrate

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 3 tablespoons water

DIRECTIONS:

Process or blend all ingredients together until well mixed. Great over stewed fruit.

NB If a thicker cream is required cut out the water.
