This was written due to demand, I was trying to run a business, look after 3 children (one of whom had a number of allergies like wheat sugar and milk) and constantly on the phone answering food related queries.

This book was 1st published in 1985 and is still selling today.

The Allergy Connection Cookbook

This came about as I felt there was a need for another book as in 20 years our taste in foods and our lifestyle has changed dramatically.

This book was inspired by Dr George Samra who wrote the book “The Allergy Connection”. As a result of this book and the “The Hypoglycemic Connection 2” Dr Samra has been on radio interviews and recently interviewed on Sky News on the health program. During the past 15 years Dr Samra has been a huge influence on my life and all those who are members of the Hypoglycemic Health Association of Australia.
